General Areas:
We ask that you clean and use heavy concentrate of floor fluid
Dusting and Removal of Dirt and Grim:
Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents
Baseboards, crown moldings, and door frames
Window sills, ledges, and blinds
All surfaces, including shelves and cabinets (inside and out)
Vacuuming:
Carpets, rugs, and under furniture
All corners and hard-to-reach places
Floor Cleaning:
Sweep and mop hard floors
Clean grout lines
Walls and Doors:
Remove cobwebs
Spot clean walls
Clean doors and door handles
Including the Garage and garage motor gate door
clean all doors and door seals
Clean sliding door seals and door frame
Clean all door frames
Windows:
Clean interior windows and tracks
Wipe down window sills
Clean exterior downstairs windows
Closets:
Dust and wipe shelves
Vacuum or mop floors
Kitchen:
Appliances:
Clean inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer
Clean oven, stove top, and range hood
Wipe down microwave (inside and out)
Clean dishwasher (inside and out)
Cabinets and Drawers:
Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers – remove all grim
Countertops and Backsplash:
Disinfect and wipe down all surfaces
Sink:
Clean and polish the sink and faucet
Ensure garbage disposal is clean and odor-free
Bathrooms:
Shower and Bathtub:
Scrub and disinfect all surfaces
Clean grout and tiles
Remove soap scum and hard water stains
Toilets:
Thoroughly clean and disinfect inside and out
Sinks and Countertops:
Clean and disinfect sink, faucet, and countertops
Wipe down all surfaces and mirrors
Cabinets and Drawers:
Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
Flooring:
Sweep and mop the floor
Ensure grout lines are clean
Bedrooms and Living Areas:
Closets:
Dust and wipe down shelves and clean
Vacuum or mop floors
General Cleaning:
Dust all surfaces, including light fixtures and ceiling fans
Vacuum carpets or sweep and mop hard floors
Clean windows, sills, and tracks
Outside Back and Front Yard Cleaning
(not landscaping)
Clean all the entrances where there is concrete
Clean the foyer entrance from webs and other items
Clean back yard broom, sweep and clean for all debris and trash
